[When he regained consciousness, he stood up and study the area around him. This is definitely not the forest outside of Stormfist, or anywhere near the capital or towns he went to before. What’s more important is what happened to him and how it happened.

Did the enemies got to him and separate him from the army?

It doesn’t take him very long to notice the journal nearby. Cautiously, he walks over and pick it up. The pages he see, read and hear surprised him.]

...The hell’s this?

[Later on, after having some conversations over the strange journal, Roy managed to find his way into the village. Despite looking rather casual, he’s studying the village and the residents. Allies, or hidden enemies from the Prince’s army?

He have to be careful around here.]

[Guess who's still keeping an eye out for people to return.... Roy in particular?

Lymsleia, Gold and Silver might be back, but with the chaos in the village these days, it helped to have as many people as possible looking around. The Malnosso had made a move recently, afterall. That couldn't just be all they had in store for the village.

So Roy have a rather familiar face running towards you with a relieved look on his face.] Roy! You're back?

[Cloche had been out and about, helping Frey look for anyone that the Malnosso had returned, journal in hand, when she heard Roy's voice. Roy was back! Cloche will be looking frantically, until she spots him.]

Roy! Roy, are you hurt?! [Before starting any sort of singing, she'll be yelling into her journal, filtered to Frey of course:] Freyjadour! I found him!

[It doesn't take long to start singing a Blue Magic song to heal anything that might have been injured...

and he's getting a hug. A tight hug. She tried to break the barrier to find you, damn it, she's relieved to see him!]

Where? I'm on my way.

[Grabbing a jacket and heading out of the house right now.]

[If Frey's expecting to see relief, none will appear. There's annoyance, which isn't out of the ordinary, but also hate.]

You! What are you doing here?

[Is this the Prince's doing? Regardless if it is or not, Roy's very unhappy to see him. And vulnerable, as his tri-nunchaku isn't on him.]

[The Blue Magic song heal up some of his minor wounds, merely scratches he can ignore.

But he's more surprised by the sudden hug from this girl.]

.....Roy? [..Did he... not remember Luceti? He's surprised, though, at the intensity of emotion Roy is showing. That wasn't like before.... they had been getting along before.

This was probably a bad day to leave him weapon back at the house mid cleaning, wasn't it.]

Stay where she is in hugging him.]

I'm so glad you're back, I was so worried! Did the Malnosso do anything terrible to you? Did they hurt you? Do experiments?

[She'll pull away from him and look at him while she asks, looking pretty relieved but pretty scared at the same time.]

[There's not that many chance for this Roy to resolve his feelings. They're left stewing in him and pretty much fuel most of his actions.

Working for them is probably not ideal for his envy.]

Don't you remember where we are? [Rather then responding with any sort of ill feelings, there is only confusion in his expression in tone.]

[When she pulls back, Cloche can pretty much see his confusion. As far as he knows, this strange girl just up and hug him.

She is good looking, but really?]

Listen, sweetie, I don't know any Malnosso but who are you?

[Excuse her while she just starts to stare at him in utter confusion.]

R-Roy, it's me... it's Cloche. What do you mean you don't know who the Malnosso are?

How would I know where this is? This ain't the forest outside of Sol-Falena or Stormfist.

[Or Rainwall, but that admits too much to Frey.]

Why would he be in Stormfist, of all places? Had the Malnosso sent him home, somehow?]

Why would I do that? The war is over, Roy. We won.

[She'll move away from him, but still look very concerned for him. She's had this happen before, but Sanji was more than willing to kind of be all right with the fact that they were friends. Roy... didn't seem like it.]

I... I tried to save you when they took you. Myself and Freyjadour.

[The war's still ongoing and the Prince just said...they won? The Prince's army did?]

The war's still going! Even if it's over, you're not going to win!

Enemy? You joined the Loyalist Army after we met you in Sable. What happened to you after they kidnapped you to make you believe otherwise?

[Roy's...still getting used to the fact that people want to be friends with him, not just because who he looks like or works for. Faylon and Faylen are exceptions, since they don't know what the Prince look like back then.

So he's just...confused. And don't know how to handle this.

Until she mentioned that name.] The Prince? Why would he ever try to save me?

We... we didn't want the Malnosso to take you. I thought you both were friends. Why else would he go after you if he didn't care for you?

He's the enemy! Why would he even cares about me? [He tarnished the Prince's name, drag it through the mud. Why would he care about him?]

I-I don't know! I just know that he chased after the robots- the droids- when they took you, like I did! We didn't want them to take you away from us!

[He knew this isn't how things had happened. He knew. Had the Malnosso....?

They had given them false memories before, many times before. But usually that was in a village wide experiment.]

They must have tampered with your memories. That's the only explanation.
